Crystal Meditation Hour (Includes crystal and meditation CD)

Meditation can help us gain insight and a focus on what we need to heal most, whether it’s mental, emotional or physical issues. Participants will be given a crystal to hold and take home during our time together so that they can start harmonizing and gain a deeper connection with the crystal realm. Holding crystals during meditation can help us open up to receive help from the spirit realm and with ones higher self. Meditating with crystals can help one gain intuitive knowledge into their issues, and can help ones intuition to become activated.
The Crystal for this month is an Ouro Verde – Smoky Citrine Crystal point, to activate our manifesting skills as well as to help create abundance in all areas of our lives.
Angel Healing Meditation with Reiki Night
Thursday Night, August 18th
7-8:30pm $15
Tonight events will focus on bring healing energy to our body, mind and spirit. Participants will enjoy an angelic healing meditation that will leave one feeling loved by the Angel Kingdom.This meditation will be followed by hands on healing from Emily; each participant will receive what it feels like to experience all that Reiki has to offer. Reiki always leaves one feeling peaceful and centered.
Group Hypnosis for Inner Peace
Wednesday Night, August 31st
7-8:15pm, $20
Hypnosis is an effective way to help change the negative way you think and feel. On this night we will transform guilt, grief, and heartache. Together we will transform these negative emotions to that of peace love and joy. During this time you are placed in a deep state of relaxation that helps you connect to your subconscious mind; it is your subconscious mind that helps you receive healthy positive statements and allows you to transform your life. You will leave this night with an open heart and a joyful spirit. Participants will receive a CD to take home to continue the healing process.
